Villa Maria Academy , a high school for girls, has had an elite volleyball program since 1993. In the past fourteen years, the Villa Maria Hurricanes have won the PIAAA Pennsylvania state title twice, along with two runner-up titles. The head coach, Joe Boland, has been coaching the team ever since it’s beginning. Just this season Joe succeeded in coaching his 500 th winning game. With this new website for the team, my hope is that Villa Volleyball will become more recognized for the hard work, dedication, and success it carries on.
